The Problems to Measure the Creditworthiness of the SME’s: An Application Sample to Resolve the Issue
As small and average size firms called SMEs are set up by small amounts of capital and therefore open to negative trends in the market, so credit suppliers consider SMEs as having high risk. Carelessness in accounting records of SMEs as well as inconsistent financial details shall result in unsound evaluation by credit suppliers concerning creditability.
