Abstract
Opinion of Public Employees to Discipline and Discipline Procedures
Organizations achieve its aims with their people. Management should prevent its people any
wrongdoings. To do that it applies some disciplinary measurements. The aim of this research
is to explain how public sector employees perceive discipline and discipline measurements. A
survey was developed and applied to find out how public employees perceived discipline and
discipline measurements applied by their administrators. Discipline is important for any
organization to achieve its aims. The results showed that employees are unaware about
discipline procedures and applications and how it affects company's success. Therefore it can
be said that management should reconsider whether it’s successful to make its people aware
its discipline rules and applications about it.
