A Study of Public Perception of Ombudsman Institution
Like many concepts in the world, the concept of management also continues to change to evolve. As a result of that management approach, in the modern world the form of state management is naturally changing and developing. Previously the management that precedes state’s interests were common, nowadays in many countries the states precedes citizens expectations. Accountable, transparent and fair public administrations are being quickly accepted by many countries in the world. The ombudsman deals with specific complaints from the public against administrative injustice and maladministration and the use of ombudsman has recently gained worldwide recognition. Which acts as mediator between the administration and the citizen ombudsman, by way of disclosure has the ability to put pressure on the administration? Although the ombudsman has no power orders or for averse administrative action, the primary objective is to try to determine the public perception of the ombudsman.
